SBS Zambia

Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your SBS Zambia account in the Android app or from a browser. You do not need to reinstall the Android app.

From a browser

  1. Open the SBS Zambia web app using the button below.
  2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  3. Open Profile and select Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Sign in, open Profile, and select Delete Account. Confirm the request to permanently delete your account.

What is deleted

Your SBS Zambia account and associated app data are removed. Some transaction, security, fraud prevention, or legal records may be kept when required for legitimate or legal purposes. Deletion may not be reversible. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
